Chiropractic

Chiropractors assess, diagnose and treat muscle and joint complaints. Chiropractors use a variety of techniques including joint mobilizations and adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and exercises. Chiropractors treat back and neck pain, sports injuries, shoulder, knee and ankle problems as well as dizziness, concussion and TMJ problems. You do not need a referral to see a chiropractor.

Custom Orthotics and Compression Stockings

Some foot, knee and low back conditions may benefit from added support to improve standing, walking and running postures.
If you plan to use extended health benefits to pay for orthotics or medical grade compression stockings, you must have a prescription for them from your primary care provider.

Physiotherapists treat back and neck pain as well as sports injuries, shoulder, knee and ankle problems. You do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist.


Massage Therapy

Massage therapists assess and treat muscle pain using massage techniques, joint mobilization and stretches. Our massage therapists adapt to your needs whether it be deep tissue massage and assisted stretching or gentle relaxation.


Massage Therapy with Cupping

Cupping is added to the massage therapy treatment by using vacuum suction with silicone or plastic cups. The cups lift the skin with gentle suction, allowing decompression of the underlying soft tissues and enhancing blood circulation. Thai Massage (RMT)

Thai massage is a therapeutic practice that combines targeted muscle pressure with deep passive stretching in yoga-like poses. It promotes relaxation and encourages flexibility by reducing muscle tension and improving joint mobility. The massage is performed on a soft mat, with the recipient wearing loose, comfortable clothing, and does not require the use of oils.

Dr. Madison Bell graduated magna cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also has an Honours degree in Kinesiology from Western University.

Dr. Bell’s interest in health and wellness began growing up as a competitive gymnast and athlete on many sports teams. She uses soft tissue therapy, manual adjusting and mobilization techniques, exercise prescription and education. She has received additional training in functional integrated acupuncture, K-taping, perinatal care and Webster technique, as well as chronic pain diagnosis and management.

Dr. Martin uses joint adjustments (diversified/manual and Activator instrument), joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, education and exercise prescription to help patients achieve their musculoskeletal goals with comfort. Whether young or young at heart, injured, or hoping to live more optimally, Dr. Martin wants to help people to move better and to feel better. While working in a multidisciplinary clinic, she was inspired after seeing the impact practitioners had on patient’s quality of life, leading her to pursue massage therapy. Kasia has a keen interest in massage as a tool to help with sleep promotion, improved mental health and scar work. Her approach to treatment is unique to the patient’s needs and goals, recognizing what they need to feel better, both in the short term and long term.
